Stock halted on NEWS of financing.45M financing at 1.20   Now we know why the sp was held down.  Man I wish they waited!.   We didn't need the financing at this low sp.   WTF I thought we had enough capital to carry us to FS?????  Not a happy camper today!

I thought the same.  And if they wanted financing, why not wait till the price rises with the uptick in silver spot.

I'm with you spitfire191.  Seems like Cuu days all over again.  All I can say is they better have an immediate plan to use the capital raised like an expanded drilling program to drastically increase the resource or drilling in those untested areas.  We heard management tell us back last year that they were well funded up to carry out the FS right till 2024 now this????

As expected, a financing at 1,20 doesn't necessarily mean that SP will go down to 1,20. Silverprice is trading much higher and most of the time negotiations are done much earlier. Buy the dips

True, at least Silver is catching a strong tail wind. Dips? I never like averaging up. GLTA

Yeah, it doesn't mean it will go down to 1.20 but imho this will be range bound until the financing is done regardless of Ag prices.  That's usually what happens when a financing occurs.  Just hope management puts these funds to good use to increase shareholder value.  I've seen alot of Jrs just do financings and just sit on the cash just to get their buddies etc. into
