In my view, this company is very favorably positioned to capitalize on new demand surges for silver. If this project is so terrific why hasn't a major stepped forward with an offer to buy the company?It smells a little funny to me.I think today's shareprice reflects the disgust the shareholders have at doing the financing at such a low price.A real slap in the face.I simply no longer trust the management.As soon as the shareprice surges i'll be selling everything.Better opportunities

Hey Dutchdoctor, I've been around this space for years and yeah I do know its common.  But come on, we were told repeatedly last year they did not need to raise funds as they were well cashed up to do the FS and then some.   What happened with that?  It just stinks that's all and now I really wonder about this management myself.  It speaks to their integrity that

OK, I see what you mean. I am curious as well to hear what the management of DSV has to say about the necessity for this special financial action. Maybe it has something to do with speeding up the start of mining procedures. Like I said before, with Mr. Eric Sprott on board I still feel comfortable they are making the right choices.

I wonder if Sprott is taking a large position in the financing?I believe he does have a reputation for strong arming companies into selling him cheap shares.We shall see.

Yeah I'm curious myself whether he was behind this latest deal.  He does already have a large position including alot of warrants already.  The siliver lining ( no pun intended ) is that they didn't attach any warrants with this latest financing so it tells me demand is there for it - a good thing.  We will see what management has to say about why they needed to raise this
