I'd need to subscribe to read the whole thing...what are the Cole's notes...and given we applied for our permit after it came into place, we probably aren't part of that group that is protected hey?

I'm not subscribed either. We prolly aren't would be my guess as well. However, it does show pushback against the executive branch by the judicial branch which is (imho) very positive.

By the way, AMLO's (projected, not actual) law about the open pit mining ban is about granting new concessions, but doesn’t DSV already own its concession(s)? (I think so.) Based on the last corporate presentation, the only permits we’re waiting for are about environment, land use and construction, right?
