Why isn't the company responding?

Usually a sharp drop off in price without company news, the company will publish a news release voicing their opinion why. Am I wrong?  Seen it many times before

Thanks for the update.  So the whole reason they wanted to pass this now was to keep it alive for the next legislative session!   LOL   We may not even get a vote on this in Sept.   IF WE DON"T it could mean the new president does even think  its  a PRIORITY or it won't pass.  Interesting that they also have to have a majority of State

Some insider buying to back up these words would be nice to see: "Given where our share price is, we also believe there is substantial valuation upside for when the project gets permitted."
