Nonsense.  Unless they get a permit, no one will want to take over this hot potato.  IF they get a permit, price will go up a lot and the likelyhood o them developing it themselves is high.  Most likely scenario is that they WONT get the permit and that this is dead money for many years or gets outright nationionalized eventually.

Hecla bought two large ore bodies that did not have permits-and still do not have permits: 1. Rock Creek from Revett Mines in 2015 2. Libby Exploration Project from Mines Management in 2016 Permitting can be political and is a process that miners are completely aware of and work towards resolving. Considering the current hostile political environment in Mexico this broadcast appears to be nothing more than wishful thinking.I don't think rising metal prices will have much effect on share prices until the political situation is fully resolved.
