Lobo Tiggre to his credit was early to call Mexico's February mining ban effect on Mexican miners. I don't personally think it was a hard call as AMLO banned open pit and Claudia cut and pasted it to her 100 points of the 4th transformation. Then comes a proposal to increase miners taxes.
