So this looks like another step in the process.  How many more steps are there?  How long is this going to take?

I believe this step is a request by Verra to have fleets submit the cost of proving out the methodology. I am not sure who covers the cost of this adventure. Perhaps DynaCERT? As I don't know why VERRA would be interested in funding such an adventure.  Nevertheless, the big hurdle is a product that works, which is something that continues to elude our friends at 501 Alliance.  My ...more

What's to think? How does dynaCERT benefit from the certification of a methodology? If the intent is that the certification will drive business for the widget then one should think that a working widget is the linchpin to the strategy. The widget doesn't work...... dynaCERT has yet to explain to the investing public how this strategy benefits anyone.

If this method is the basis for creating carbon credits,then you need 2 things.Thing 1 is that the technology needs to work and save fuel.Thing 2 is that you need thousands and thousands of users to move the financial needle towards benefiting the company.Dynacert has neither,obviously, and you need both.
