It appears Dyna's Head of R&D has left the company to focus on his other enterprise, along with a few other mechanical and electrical engineers from Dyna. See for yourself:

https://www.cipherneutron.com/reversible-fuel-cell/ Why this product was not developed in DYA. Why he left dynacert to open up his own company?  The website looks very interesting. May be he did not like the management or was not supported by these clowns.
