My guess is the current "order" from H2Tek, which shares the same address as DYA, is about as legitimate as the KarbonKleen order of 3000 units, or the Guyana "order" through the "conduit".  Gotta love that only about $20,000 has traded since this big announcement. All the people who imagined they "lucked out" buying 460,000 shares exactly a week before ...more

You are probably right on with that. However on the off chance that they are legit, then they should pay up for the order placed and remove the requirement for DYA to fund any such order.  As the deal is destined for South America, H2 TEK should be able to get EDC backing or the order too, reducing their risk Nothing ever adds up with dynaCERT.....ever

H2Tek is not a reseller. It's an outsourced sale rep that gets a commission when it sells units to end users.

From the press release announcing the sale: "dynaCERT Inc. (TSX: DYA) (OTCQX: DYFSF) (FRA: DMJ) ("dynaCERT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its dealer, H2 Tek LP (“H2 Tek”), has provided purchase orders to dynaCERT to purchase the Company’s proprietary HydraGEN™ Technology. They are also listed under dealers on the DYA website.

It happened so fast from when they announced equity firm, just zapped SH's, I thought they would of tried to sell more before DB, and it's just start they need 35 mil more, borrow more to pay interest then split more split. I had so much hope for this company but when they did the 2 mil DB @ 10% that's when I said no way th se guys just need fast cash imo

DYA's dealers are not resellers. e.g. DYA often gets deposits from end users when purchase orders are received.

Iscfa, Not sure what your point is. BUT when a company states its received an order from its dealer, then a document (as in a purchase order from that dealer) should have been generated and delivered from the dealer to DYA.  Now if the Press Release stated that dynaCERT received a purchase order "Through" its dealer, that would mean that the dealer's customer placed an order ...more
