What is the role of Cipher in the construct?
Have you seen the management of Cipher, you should go to the website and compare with Dynacert.Why is there a money transfer from Dynacert to Cipher? See FSQ2/24 page 16.I cannot tell you what is happening here. What kind of game this is.

JP said that Dynacert will be listed on the Fortune 500, and Dynacert has nothing else to do but deal with a company from Colin?
