Simmer you are correct, Len and his group of merry bandits fleece an obscene amount of money from the Company. They have made unrealistic and claims and have undelivered on almost any metric, financial or otherwise. Years ago they spent alot of money implementing a satellite monitoring system that was supposed to save lots of money. I dont recall hearing anything regarding the actual amount of ...more

It is time to kick them out and revitalize the company. The Nilsson Brothers have my proxy vote for them.

So 700K for the CEO, say 350K for the Sr VP and 350K for the CFO, plus at least another 100K in expenses (golfing at AGMs is costly). Add another 1.5M for being public. nearly 3M in savings that could be realized. who knows what other assets, land buildings etc the Nilssons have access to make this a profitable venture. Remember the respective offices are less than 1km apart. is it naive to assume ...more

Based on Google map, it is just 9 minutes of walking distance apart. 2 very natural merging entities. Nilsson Bros. bought back JBS feedlot for $50 million in 2017. They definitely can buy this one out and turn it around. Just don't know what kind of price will they offer. They probably want to check all their books, before making any moves.

Doubtful any of the execs are walking. I am sure Len will drive his big BMW. Nilssons have also purchased the Enjoy Centre and Holes Greenhouse. They have made a fortune buying distressed businesses and turning them around. I believe they have a very strong accounting and legal team that could integrate E with minimal effort.

I live in BC and winter is quite mild. Walking sometimes is a faster choice, considering the time for parking. I am sure you are right. They won't walk, but they will likely be either converted or just kicked out if they want to continue to act the way they used to. I checked their AGM vote, even though they appeared to have 95% of the voted votes, but the percentage of people voted is very ...more

at least twice we have heard about the potential of a dissenting board. sure makes one wonder what information posters have access to.

Look at the insider filing, the Nilsson Bros were buying at 26.5 cents at the end of Sept and their cumulative ownership is now greater that 10% of the outstanding shares. You dont just buy more than 10% of an inefficient company like the Enterprise Group and let your money rot in it. Without a dissenting board, it is not possible to enact any real change, unless you want to buy it out altogether.

it would be interesting to know when Brian started to acquire Enterprise shares. How many meetings have happened between the companies executives?
Comment by jcw604 on Oct 05, 2021 10:19am
From the history, this is the earliest: 2020-11-25 Nilsson, Brian 1,082,000

But he already have an open balance of 4m before that. See: https://ceo.ca/api/sedi/?symbol=E&amount=&transaction=&insider=Nilsson%2C+Brian

closer to 5m rather on 2017-09-14.

Most of his shares are accumulated before September 2017. Because they are so close to one another, I suspect that run into one another and he has a lot more information about the company and the industry as a whole than a person like me living in BC.

No question Brian has some great insight. However, if he was acquiring I'm 2017 it leaves one questioning when did E's executives realize it was Brian buying. I hope BC is good for you! We did well for many years, a few years ago sold off everything and relocated to the east.

The 5m he purchased by 2017 September was only filed on sedi 2020-12-09. Unless, it has been disclosed as a friend, the Enterprise management wouldn't have learned about it. If he was encouraged to invest into their company through some personal relationships, it would be a different story. However, he is really patient to have hang onto the stock for this long. It is hard to tell his average ...more

In order that he can get back what he spent on it, the only choice is to change the management. JMHO.

"Potentially expensive" that is an amusing comment. E according to the folks running the show have adamantly claimed the stock price doesnt accurately reflect the real value of their specialized revenue generating assets, remember the ones that have been written down a few times.

The trucks are assets that depreciate quickly. I don't know if they have marked down enough. However, if they start generating revenue, it is a different story.
