They have always been doing their buyback through the Pure exchange. The 200,150 share trades are probably buybacks from Enterprise. They are reducing the float of the market. TD security continues to be the culprit, but it is good in a way to help Enterprise to get their shares back at relatively cheap price.

80,000 or so shares were from my TD account. I'm not sure if it executed on tsx or pure or any other ATS.

The trades from TD security is very small. Everything from Anonymous and Canaccord. See: Trades for C:E on 20220104 - 17 trades displayed Time ET Ex Price Change Volume Buyer Seller Markers 15:26:17 T

Actually doubled checked and my it was between my td and IB account. some buys were likely anonymous. If you use interactive brokers smart routing it auto flags the orders as anonymous. Maybe 80,000 between my IB and TD accounts. I haven't sold and I likely won't sell below $0.60 at least.
