You might want to consider that people act in their own self interest. The question here is, why would people who own over 20 million shares hurt themselves in this way? by selling more shares. Could it be that collectively owning $40 million of a company might not be appealing as owning , and this is a number from out of the air , $80 million? Management is aligned with shareholders, which is ...more

Shareholders get bent over when a compnay needs to include warrants to get the deal done .
