The Lawsuit is by TSG in the USA

The Lawsuit is by TSG in the USAIt basically says that EAGR took advantage of TSG developers and "appropriated"lol...the idea and cut the developer out of their share of revenue.  TSG said there is basically a history of taking advantage o developers and then cutting them out of the revenue benefit.

Sounds like there is some grounds here and a history and not just one incident and as someone else pointed out that would eplain why the company let the shareprice tank and did not step up to my more themselves or do the 4million share buyback program

Oh the roller coaster ride of investing in micro small cap start ups....I think I need some tissue for this issue....I just hope all these tears don't dilute my beer to much
