What exactly does this latest NR mean?

Is it just some more fluff so they look like they are doing something? Now they can go dark for another two months. So many other opportunities I am missing out on because of this garbage

Yeah, I was excited when I saw they issued a news release only to read it and see that it had nothing to do with the merger and trade resumption. Tired of the sound of crickets!!! TNS

I have never seen anything like this before.  they really did a weird aquisition here.... so many moving parts, glad I only bought in for 15k shares... doesn't reall make much differene in my portfolio, but those with big money locked in have every right to be more than a little frustrated.  unless this beast really takes off then all wil be forgiven:)
