Too Much Dilution

I'm liking the strategy of acquiring competitors and talent but the company is issuing way too many shares.  Total issued stands at 3/4 of a BILLION shares.  If you factor in the dilutive and contingent consideration aspects of the deals, we are probably well over a BILLION shares.  This the why the stock has been on a steady decline since trading millions just a shade under 50 cents.  We will probably see the stock under 30 cents in a month.  A share consolidation is inevitable either later this year or next.

Speculating: word spread re: move into NFT space; this was enough to bring in huge volume and sp jolt. Two cents: I've been holding LEAF for about 6 weeks. Bought in first @.47, then averaged down @ .34. Mobile gaming growth is significant and only growing. LEAF has talented, experienced, management team. Recent acquisitions are positive, and I would expect more. Large insider buys since early ...more
