Too Much Dilution
I'm liking the strategy of acquiring competitors and talent but the company is issuing way too many shares. Total issued stands at 3/4 of a BILLION shares. If you factor in the dilutive and contingent consideration aspects of the deals, we are probably well over a BILLION shares. This the why the stock has been on a steady decline since trading millions just a shade under 50 cents. We will probably see the stock under 30 cents in a month. A share consolidation is inevitable either later this year or next.

Why would an insider buy at 0.37 if they know a reverse split is coming?

What you are saying is there is no point in holding then?

For a change, glad I was working this morning and didn't sell. What's going on? Why is it suddenly hot?
