I don't know about that. He'll likely get options and a salary similar to the CEO but he is a tenured professor now. He must feel like he can close the deal with the FDA and Spectral must agree. But I don't think he is there for his salary and a new hite's options platter.  I don't really care what he gets paid I'd give him whatever he wants. Somebody said

They say they want to hire a sales force. That is the current company line, including maybe a partnership. If I'm an industry rep looking for a change this certainly gets my attention.  if they decide to sell Dialco so be it. He can attract far more buyer interest and $ than they may be able to on their own. This is instant legitimacy. this is so much more than a killer hire.

STT I get that you are grumpy. I have been here more than 7 years and it has mostly sucked. this is big news though. Dr Kellum will 10 bag this share price once the communication starts to flow. That is before a PMX approval IMHO. this is a paradigm shift for Spectral. Not to diminish the the current management but they just landed a whale.
