I think it is fair to assume that Dr Kellum is not leaving his perch as the planets foremost expert to spend his future with a struggling penny stock with no shareholder base and even less exposure. I think that they have the very near term fully mapped out with a major US listing and FDA approved product line as the introduction to the world.

Very clearly and well stated.  I would only add that Kellum likely has an inkling that the probability is quite high that the FDA approved arsenal will soon be rounded out with the addition of PMX and DIMI for home use.  MM

STT-being frank, the hiring of Dr Kellum as the CMO is far more impactful for the future of Spectral than a you tube video likely unseen by many not on Stockhouse. It is probably the most telling news release they have ever issued. am pretty sure that the company eventually selling Sami and DIMI have a marketing department  far more capable with a far broader reach than Spectral's
