Warrants expiration date

There are 7+ million warrants with an expiry date in April 2021 (2 months). They are priced at $0.45. Opinions on whether those warrants will be exercised? Seems like a no-brainer at the price today. Can the date be extended?
Money goes into the coffers of the company, right?!
There are options but I didn't see a date of expiry in the  "Investor Presentation "

I hope that they are planning something more substantial than using warrant funds for the second tier of the OTC. Weren't they there before? their listing options must have been a discussion point between Dr Walker and Dr Kellum. If he is being paid via options I'm sure he is expecting an uplisting to a visible exchange. he is not leaving his present position to enter penny stock

Options don't expire until Feb 5, 2025. Of course they will excercise the warrants and yes the money goes to Spectral. If they didn't then it would be like throwing free money away. I posted on again on Reddit pennystocks which has 1.3 million members.
