MM-the irony is that Dr Kellum's home country isn't even aware that he has signed on. An up listing should be the first thing that takes place along with a re do of the news release so the market they are adresssing is aware of the hire.

With no news exposure in the US the hire isn't even disclosed. Under normal circumstances I am quite sure he'd like to point out to colleagues and friends where he is going. Maybe they will wait until the SP is over a USD before doing so.

I think a reverse split is likely within months.  They will want to time it well... so as to give themselves a comfortable cushion above $5 USD, but not so high as to risk it looking expensive once it does start to run.  The timing of a Nasdaq intent and Dialco IPO will be critical and market moving events.  IMO  pre FDA approval both components are worth $2 pre split
