Some questions for MM

I assume you are an accountant or a CFA.

I have some questions;

what would be the point of telling shareholders you are intending to hire a sales force if you are going to IPO Dialco? I can see the bluff if the intent were to sell the division in its entirety but not if an IPO was in the works? 

can you IPO a division that has 2-3 or fewer employees? With such a small staff at Spectral how many are dedicated full time to Dialco?

what is a reasonable number of options for Dr Kellum? I think 2 million is a fair incentive and would be in line with what he brings to the table.

Why do you assume he would have information about timing of move to the Nasdaq or the number of options EDT would grant Dr Kellum, unless he was an insider? He's the man.  i can't answer most of your questions ... as I'm not an insider and have no knowledge of their future plans ...I can only make edumacated guesses.  and everything I say is AiMHO Spectral's ( pleasant) dilemma is in how to monetize Dialco.
