The good news is that the wallpaper has been discounted further to 65 bucks. sounds like an exciting week is in store for the new Doc.

A discount is always good for the dilutor.  It's only good news for the dilutee if the dilutor actually performs and enriches the dilutee.

Hope you're correct that options distributed - in that case looks like $0.65 is the target option price.  Nice to get that share price tug of war out of the way so that the trading price can happen rationally instead of with a particular target price for option setting. This one should now be positioned to reach it's true share price based on the real value that's there.
