I am hoping that he is given 2.5 million options at 50 cents per US as incentive - 1% of the company.

WHY? Do you suggest a stupid amount of options so the large amount he actually takes will seem modest? The company has never thrown options around, no need to start now. Why do you include him in every one of your calculated posts? Feels like you also wish to make him a scapegoat for a soon to be rising price?? I have no agenda other than that of an investor  2.5 million seems about the right amount of options to me. More than likely at or around 50 cents US. nothing more than that. Just an opinion
