David, given your Edmonton roots, Im surprised you are so mean and down on this play. I know people in Alberta that find great value in this stock. You should seek them out and discuss the real value here. Understanding what you own so important in these days of weed, truffles, LSD and other sinfully overvalued ideas..FWIW

The existing management allowed 700,000 options at $0.73 each to expire on Feb 1, 2021.  So we know the new round of options will be for less than $0.73.  The new option plan that was approved last year has a cap of 10% of the shares outstanding so around 24 million option shares available less outstanding options.  So in effect they can recycle expirations into new options. Does

I certainly don't expect 16 M options For the past three years they have been averaging about 2M in options granted per year. I expect that for 2021, that number might be closer to 3M...(two new biggies to look after) Interesting idea that they might recyle expired options into newer ones at a lower price...we will see... ...but I don't seeing them becoming ultra liberal and dilutive.&

Hope Dr Kellum isn't too sensitive.  The price has been declining since he joined Spectral on Monday.  Hard to fathom why the market is reacting negatively. I don't think they can set a strike price significantly lower than market.

The only shares that have traded so far have been the very rare retail investor that has learned about it against all odds and the manipulator that is shifting from account to account.
