I would request that our CMO has his name immediately removed from the Cytosorbent website as an adviser.  He is the CMO of our firm.... CTSO is an implied "competitor"  

I would request immediate clarification on the "advisory firm" that received the $1.7M, that together with the 171K "goof-up" now increased to a $275K "goof-up" and the curious accounting of the $6.5M gift from Baxter led the amazing year of 2020 to the delivery of 400K options at 46.5 cents CAD and 63 cents CAD for the balance ( duplication of previous year )  It would seem unethical to hand out $1.7M at such an inopportune time and not specifiy the receiver.  Does the Paradigm financing ever happen without such a curious course of accounting events?  My guess is that it would have been darn difficult given all the approvals and tip money flying around.

I take it you're in favor of letting our new CMO remain as an advisor to CTSO or be perceived as still an advisor to CTSO?  Not sure why a Spectral shareholder would condone a senior officer of our company remaining as an advocate for our competitor.  You realize that we are paying Kellum for full time service and just gave him a very generous option grant with a super favorable
