Is currently worth well over 3 billion CDN. Timing is nice too as Goldman and Morgan Stanley set to do a 100 million plus financing in the $55 USD range. We are valued at only 3 to 4% of their total value. Sure we only have Canada and the US rights however we have much more than a dialysis machine. We have worldwide rights for SAMI as it pertains to PMX usage and of course our theranostic phase 3b / 4 TIGRIS FDA confirmatory trial. 

Something has to give, the US market once aware will allow for a true valuation. In the meantime we have our friends here running the flap your wings but never your gums program on US public suppression forums. I do recognize the planted posters and better yet, impeccable and competitor free science. 

No wonder I own too much!

BTW.... We traded on Nasdaq for years as ticker symbol DIAGF, hiding with no US newsflow on the US OTC dirt level is only a reason to understand that owners dont want to share their EDT paper.... stay tuned!

This is interesting Just the Primary offering at a set price (now) of $ 53.50 USD is more than the value of Spectral as a whole ! It re-affirms the "market" value of outset (currently just one of two companies that has an FDA approved home HD machine - but which is so far unprofitable) at $ 2.4Billion USD or roughly $ 3B Cdn $ ! And all that "value"  for a mchine that

I appreciate your work and intellect.  But to answer your question the answer is likely up to $10.00 per share understated with half of that as a realistic understatement.  So put another way my sense is a value of $10.00 per share total so you're "missing" $4.80 per share.

I stopped my arm flapping this morning and the stock price glided down two points. I started flapping again and now we are now up a penny from yesterday's close. Assume and say what you want, but arm flapping works. Don't ask me how, it just does! Imagine what the stock price would be if more people started flapping too. ; - )
