I'm just glad it was "slipped out" in a SEDAR filing with NO promotion from the fellers that slither round here looking to work the magic ; - )

I'd say chances are it might be a positive kind of development,  Fear not though, it is not likely to be too positive and force the SP lower.  I figure if it was a "Negative Natalie" situation it likely would have come with much fan-fare..

I'm just wondering if it's to vote on the color scheme for the new virtual Deleware office.  I vote for a lot of backlighting because I'm finding screens harder and harder to read ..other forms of "commpon cents" may suggest they are potentially ready to bring a multiple FDA approval co out of the closet and show her off to the people that might be interested...

The share consolidation stinks, IMO. While I'm busy flapping my arms, a mild amount of self promotion by the company could get the share price up well beyond Nasdaq listing requirements. We could already be there. And they were talking share buyback just a few years ago. Sheesh.

You are right Pez.  And they don't even have to rely on their arm flapping or value prognosticating shareholders.  They can rely on the long standing and intimate connection between our CEO and Spectral's professional investment advisor and capital raising dealer Paradigm. And Paradigm has already put forward Spectral share values - NOW - of $3.20 per share.  They had us at

I hope they aren't using barbed hooks MM .... it could get messy Really it's just a BIG poker game that the "house" is very interested in.  Some poker games start with chips valued at MUCH higher levels, but here it's "more chips for the house at way better pricing" Soon the game will start and all the "large stacks" will remain in control

I'm not into prognostication and 4-D chess. I don't want my modest pile of shares vaporized while fresh new shares will be issued to the insiders. Wiping out all of the folks like me, all done pre-Nasdaq.
