I am looking for some signs of a possible mandate change as a result of the changing of the guard at the CEO level.  One might argue that, on paper at least, we are moving from a science driven CEO to a money/markets driven CEO.  On the other hand perhaps neither could make any "exposure moves" unless at the behest of the BoD?  We

Nope. It still seems to be that "mums the word" ...despite lots of good things that could be embellished highlighted, summarized, disseminated, etc.  Info. that the market would likely eat up, while at the same time it might very well help to create demand for shares and therefor would be supportive of share price, and value discovery ...especially if the the right markets were

AP- that is a worthy question in my opinion but the ticker EDT seems to operate in a separate universe with little relationship to the scientific and developmental progress itself. the Kellum hiring seemed to validate that science with a near doubling of the share price over the course of a few weeks. The Seto appointment then de coupled the share price again and we are where we are. Why did

You connect a direct line between our share price depreciation and the continuing promotion to CEO of the COO (formerly CFO).  You observe the market depreciating the share price as a direct result of this.  I think to be fair it's a question that should be posed at the upcoming shareholders meeting.  We shareholders have made our investment with the view this holding will

AP- I have never known Spectral to discuss their share price. It is treated as an almost independent entity unrelated to the company. The question may be asked but you are more likely to get blown off than get an explanation of why it trades in the mid 40 cent range. if they had an IR rep I'd ask them but they don't seem to have anybody.
