Looks like some "private BUYING" of 45 cent warrants too!

Has anyone noticed a "SELLER" of those 45 cent warrants?  Where did they come from?

I think I saw Birch Hill doing something with those 45 cent warrants a coiuple months back. 

Is this part of that transaction?

Looking for facts and clarification!

ALL I see as a Yank, is EDTXF at 37 cents and NAKED SHORTING with NO newsflow

If I wanted a "shell game" I would have signed up with Bob Barker or gone to NYC to "hang in the village"

Good thing Seto was able to "buy" these warrants on the very day they were going to expire.  Does the filing say what he paid for them?  The shares were trading at $0.55 that day.  So did he pick them up for zero and then exercise?  Are warrants to insiders transferrable at will?  Why would any holder not exercise and sell?  And if Seto was going to buy the ...more
