Taking cue and various posts from this board I emailed the counsel for Spectral questioning the management participation in the bought deal when they should be in a blackout period and also bought attention to the MOC trades with a closing price of .44c in June and July pointing to Bought deal pre-marketing with a pointer that this deal stincks and may need to be investigated by IIROC-

Thanks Lonterm.  Kindly let us know what they tell you as I'm sure all the public shareholders also want to know.  The counsel (and BOD for that matter) were all intimately involved in this bought deal and are standing behind exemptions. We are all curious as to what they feel exempts them from obvious provisions of securities legislation put in place to protect the integrity of the
