It's about the lack of respect to be updated on a timely fashion. It's simple business etiquette. As simple as opening a door for a lady or getting up for an elderly person. I completely fail to understand how someone could take 10 million dollars from investors and than be so arrogant as to not think it's important enough to let these people know what's going on. How does that happen?

I disagree completely - the entire issue is why it's not done.  What is the motivation of management and governance?  Do you know?  While I don't discount etiquette and respect as desirable they are side issues to what the motivation of management and governance is by their actions and lack of actions. Understandably, there is just a lot of investor fatigue going on here. There does not appear to be any urgency to get things done, year after year. Management is highly compensated, and the promised end game is always just over the horizon. You would think those that "own it all" should want a big pay day at some point in time?! I couldn't agree more with this post. If I could like it 1000 times I would. What's even funnier is that they don't even have the respect to do something as simple as answer their phones.

Rickkie - Why don't you ask Toray and Birch Hill (huge holdings of Spectral) if they set this up, put in lots of money and resources for 20 years all with the objective of giving a few people a cushy lifestyle. If you'd be kind enough to relay the answer to all of us it's much appreciated.  If they aren't able to answer because they're laughing too hard just record that

I can't speak for them because I don't know what they're thinking. But I can say that I think they haven't been part of a financing here in a long time. Maybe they got sick of paying Walker and co a couple million a year and getting nothing in return.

First of all Toray's investment in Spectral is pocket change to them. Secondly, as smart and as successful as their management may be, they are not infallible. Having said that, just to be clear, I like many others do hope that the Spectral story will come to fruition. I just hope it happens before i am senile. Unfortunately no one at Spectral seems to be in a hurry.
