Trading review from July 27 to today - Where is Paradigm? !!

Good evening friends.  Below is a full report of trading activity since the "deal closure" on July 27 2021.  I've bullet pointed a few factual ( as always ) comments to help provide "color".

* Paradigm Capital, the orgainizer in the last two financings ( 60 cents with half 75 cent warrants and 42.5 cent with half 50 cent warrants ALL CAD ) is the former employer of our acting CEO

* The most recent deal was a FULL 10M CAD bought deal ALL done with AGP here in the US.

* The share price dove significantly both before and after the 10M bought deal was done

* Since the deal was closed on July 27, NO insider activity has taken place and Paradigm has not purchased a single share under their house #16 name

* Paradigm did sell 87K shares just a day or two before the 15 cent 52 weak low was applied to the stock.  Paradigm's sell of 87K was done at ~25 cents CAD.

* US trading remains a LARGE disappointment as the news from EDT STILL does NOT make it's way to the US market.  It has been more than 5 years since NR's have been available to the US market as a proper attachment to the ticker symbol.  trading on the EDTXF symbol here in the US remains primarily SHORT

* Please analyze the numbers povided and let us have a meaning common shareholder discussion around the trading.

* Have a wondeful day ; - )

It's a "new paradigm" when the analyst that covers your stock, ends up being a net seller (and never a buyer)  despite the stock trading at 1/10 (or less) than the Analyst targets. Now that is what I call conviction ! MM

FUD much? Investors jumping on an old target price after 2 raises and the collapse of the shear price? I’ll need to agree with Baystreet on the mind numbing stupidity.    Investors jumping on an old target price after 2 raises and the collapse of the shear price? Bay Street if you think nothing positive regarding the share price is going to happen between here and the next raise, if one is even necessary, you should probably sell and move on.

Glad you and BS Wild inboxed each other and came up with the same position in only a couple of days.  Not sure all the fine details of your debate and to and fro.  Must have been very intense though.  The swiftness of your deliberations is impressive in certain circles.  Perhaps both of you can spend some time and assess the actual content of the postings here....hmmmmm? I'd think Baxter wants the deal protected and Spectral isn't going to step on Baxter. Easy really..Do i like someone trading on info not made public..NO, but i get it.

For someone that claims to be an accountant you sure lack fundamental knowledge of how a ledger works. If the company is losing $2-2.5M a month and has $10M in cash as of September with Trial enrolement currently at 0... when do you expect the next raise to be... realistically? If I had to guess, I'd say maybe June or earlier to make sure there's enough bigger room. If it happened in ...more

To answer your question directly... I'd say the reason has nothing to do with baxter and more to do with the brokers needing management to show confidence to people they were pitching and the market. Once the 10 million was in the door the price collapsed.  I also believe in potential eventual success of the TIGRIS trial and agree that the current price is ridiculously low as a side ...more

Ahhh... The old mystery Hedge Fund selling theory ! Do please elaborate!  Where did they get 10 million shares to sell? The other mystery is Baxter;'s tranche 2 which is in theory due around the same time as you say we run out of cash. MM

They go short they don't need shares. They cover with financing paper. and it's literally everyone from the financing selling the paper at a loss and even people from before that were disillusioned by the lies. there is a very low probability that they reach 90 patients before they need money. At this rate we are 2-3 years out from that.

But shorts are not up (they were briefly, but not to that extent). What financing paper?  AGM's bought deal ?

it's a compounded problem and hitting from many different angles. Disillusioned investors because of unreliable management, tax loss selling, and potential predatory fund action. These things have to fix themselves one by one. Management needs to stick to its word and follow up by delivering. Eventually the rest will sort itself out. But it has to start with the top otherwise it'll always ...more

Bay Street, while betting against The share price here has proven a winning strategy time and again I believe that is nearing an end. I'll trust that Spectral will finally reward an analyst's coverage. They are too far along with too many developments to fail.

Can't remember if you were slinging the "mind numbing" or "mind numbing stupidity". Doesn't matter and with your last couple of posts - right back at ya!  And that paper you keep on talking about that no one understands.  Could be useful in wiping up whatever it was you were spewing.

I was just trying to debunk your theory about a rogue "hedge fund" or the sudden sale of 10 million shares by "disillusioned investors" in concert with the underpriced financing. Most likely you are using a self directed trading account with one of the big banks. High net worth investors (individual income over $200k per year, combined household income of $300k per year or $1 million in liquid assets) typically trade through full service brokerages and typically those brokers anonymize their transactions.
