Any good reason Spectral can't run a trial?

I've all but given up on this Mgmt. being able to run the Tigris/PMX trial. They are adding 1 patient a month! Even after their big "rah rah" call to all the sites with Kellum, Ronco etc pumping up the troops. It is clearly beyond their skill set- the numbers don't lie- (or stutter while making excuses). But the bigger issue. With zero excuses or explanations- is why this CEO

Yeah, it's crazy to think a shareholder would call out Mgmt. when they waste years and millions with very close to zero to show for it... It makes much more sense for a shareholder to pretend it all away and cover up for Mgmt. like a patsy. I've got a long history of posting here that you're free to browse. Zero to show for it? I'd  say millions of options maybe? They are a year or less away from 2 separate billion, or multi billion dollar FDA approvals that will make management extremely rich. Maybe sooner if they sell either or both assets.  Sounds pretty smart too me.
