Thoughts and concerns
I rarely post but have been following for eons. I own a significant chunk of stock and have no intention of selling. But here are my thoughts and concerns.
1. This board has been a source of great entertainment and with the exception of a few posters it has the validity and impact of a National Enquirer.
2. Spectral Medical has tremendous potential but the investor relations and stock promotion is abysmal if not a joke. AGM after AGM the concerned shareholder's concerns are ignored and the ability to question negated.
3. At the time of this missive, how can a company with so much potential as well as current market placement be trading for .34 cents Canadian? It makes no sense.
4. Rather than stock dilution to gain access to Nasdaq how about some actual stock promotion? See #3 and hire the right people to spread the word. It's embarassing as a shareholder.
5. If you take too long to do anything, someone else will pass you and take the glory. Let's put more emphasis on getting the trials done in a timely manner and stop blaming Covid.
6. Who kidnapped STT?
7. I remain optimistic.
We now return you to your regular programming. :-)

Yeah 34 cents is a joke. That translates to roughly a 100 mil US market cap. I'd be willing to bet that the ARC deal alone crests 100 mil USD within 18 months of installations. Some very light research tells you that across 7 US States ARC's network and dialysis site installations are nothing short of Monstrous! Alas, it is Spectral and a fair valuation is 34 cents Canadian......

The "Kellum Effect" will be the organic transition to FDA approvals, and insane growth in revenues, assuming the company is not taken out. The " Seto Effect" is 34.5 cents Canadian per share.....,,

6) he was reincarnated as a Gorf. I miss all the bold text, highlights and puns. It made things so much clearer. At least he is consistent with relentless postings
