Likely Ambrix Biopharma has already given out cheap shares to their BOD, management and insiders who must be satisfied and are full up on the near freebie equity. So now it's risen to it's real market value and they are all ready to cash in. As for Spectral, insiders have been taking cheap shares for many years but the gluttony hasn't yet stopped.
