SEDAR

The  last Spectral filing was Nov 10th... Am i wrong in thinking documents should have been filed on the amended InfoMed deal on SEDAR by now?

It was Dec. 13th when Spectral filed the confusing "News Release" announcing the signing over of N American control of DIMI and SAMI. Stating: "Dialco previously licensed the SAMI and DIMI technology..." Within 10 calendar days a 51-102F3 Material Change Report should have been filed on Sedar. "To be clear a "news release" is not a "material change report" not on Sedar and not in court". The company had better comply or this will be reported shortly to the CSA..I'm completly over Seto vailing the material at every chance.
