Here's my best i-Dialco guess

• Infomed to take the lead on US Distribution efforts (and fund the costs of same)

• hire the right team, including a new President, based in the US (big $ investment required by Infomed). Maybe this is why they gave up 20% of US

• FDA and Health Canada approval on dialysate bags (1 year?).  Can't use DIMI without that.

• resolve tubing sourcing and ramp up production capacity for 2025+  (to service US market)

• await clarity on US insurance coverage for Home Dialysis

• start 30 person trial in 2023

• Sometime after or during the above - take on a Distribution partner (partial monetization). 

• Expand market for SAMI as a portable device that can be used once PMX approved (alongside Baxter's Prism).   Including for Europe (spectral owns that patent)

Little to no Dialco value reflected (yet) in Spectral SP (despite 30% stake in i-Dialco)

If a Spectral/PMX/EAA deal in consumated in 2023, then i-Dialco gets spun out to Spectral shareholders (= monetization).

The issue IS the not knowing/ guessing.   Without disclosure we do not know..   How will i-Dialco be funded? If Infomed brings on Partners or does a financing- what does that do to Spectral's percentage?   Infomed doesn’t even mention the FDA trial for DIMI. It is very conspicuously absent from their note. So what do they see as the way forward for DIMI?

I agree with tou more disclosure is not only warranted, it is of paramount importance, and the least they could do for loyal shareholders who have tied up their hard earned money.  I probably own ( very small to small pieces of) more than 100 different public companies ... I can't think of one where Mgt doesn't periodically share their strategic plans for the future with

Yeah, except Infomed doesn't mention Spectral or a a joint venture in their news release. They actually call i-Dialco their "subsidiary". We paid for the FDA approvals of SAMI and DIMI. The approvals were in Spectral's name and were probably worth the 30%. A fight over them could have tied up any N American progress for years.  But as Spectral continues to

I want to correct the first line of my previous post. I found a longer version of the release and it does mention the joint venture with Dialco which is owned by Spectral.
