great learning opportunities for professional growth amazing colleagues/coworkers great flexibility

Cons

unfair benefits & compensation thru-out the org, usually based on favouritism & nepotism constant increase of responsibilities & no increase in compensation employer is not competitive; they're losing top talents faster than enrolling patients to the trial burnt out & mental state of employees are not great there is no direction lack of communication

Sounds about right... " they're losing top talents faster than enrolling patients to the trial burnt out & mental state of employees are not great there is no direction lack of communication" Management is a disaster the company sounds like a dumpster fire. No doubt they're hiding behind some news. This feels more like fraud by the day.
