There hmmm goes with that wonky math again.

From two of his( they, there)  most recent posts

" it'll take 7yrs to complete the Trial

and

"Back on June 20th at the AGM Spectral had 37 patients

.... Eight months later (without Covid burden on ICUs) they have only been able to enroll13 patients"

First off it's actually 52 per the presentation

52-37 = 15 in 8 months

= 1.875 per month ( not great at all but much higher than hmmmm has calculated )

90-52 = 38 to go until interim ( see APs post for this explanation)

38/1.875 = 20 months IF they continue at this, agreed, VERY SLOW pace.

1 year and 8 months is not 7 years ( or in other words 84 months)

20 months is not 84 months ( it's less than a quarter of 84 per my calculator )

if you're going to bash at least be accurate with your numbers.

I suspect that the BOD and Mgt is getting enough pressure from certain shareholders that they should be able to pick up the pace and reduce that 20 to maybe 14?, 12?, 10?

So in summary, per Hmmmmm,  this is dead money for 7 years.

I say, I wouldn't  want to be short or not owning, or out altogether once the pace starts to tick up ... even by just a few more per month.

I also suspect that restarting a trial after a pandemic is a bit like starting up a steam engine. Takes a bit of time to get moving again... but once you build up the necessary head of steam the pace of forward momentum begins to quicken with less energy expended and each shovel full of coal.

But it's not coal this BB gang is shovelling.

You are correct. It was 15 over 8 months- not 13. That was a mistake- but not an intentional untruth. And, I welcome a check on my math on any and all posts. That said you turned around and used that math to state what it will take to reach the 60% point- not to trial completion. And I'd add you did that to again create a false narrative. 98 patients to go at 1.875 per month=  52.97 ...more

At least you're down to 4 and a 1/2 years now from 7.  Still however....Not a chance it'll take anywhere near that long ! Once again you insist on expropolating based on the past 8 months only ( which covers periods where ICUs were still overrun with staff suffering from burnout and staff shortages, post pandemic.)  You continue to ignore the possibility of an early ...more

Euphas? That was a trial that was an Italian trial in 2010.. and they enrolled 357 patients. Using that to point to the US FDA stopping Tigris early at 90 is without logic. This post again shows your shill problem. Instead of seeing the 4 1/2 years as a real problem for this company and investors - you'd rather make hollow excuses, try and disguise the problem, and go back to spreading ...more

If you knew your history and understood your investment you'd know that the Euphas abdominal Trial was halted at 64 patients for ethical reasons due to extremely good results ( could the same thing happen with Tigris?)  We agree on the pathetic pace of late.  I do not agree that nothing will be done to accelerate it.  This is something that is well within the power of the ...more
