Spectral enrolled 13+ patients per month!

As Seto and Kellum compared the current Tigris enrollment to that of Euphrates- I thought I'd take a look back. Here are some of Spectral's enrollment announcements from 2013 to 2016. (links below)

On July 13 2013 Euphrates had 156 patients enrolled. By April 11 of 2014 it was 271.

So in 9 months Dr Walker and Co. enrolled 115 patients- almost 13 per month

By Jan 25 2015 they had 400 patients enrolled.

So in that 9.5 months 129 patients were added. Just over 13 1/2  per month. 

On June 20 2016 they announced the trial had completed enrollment. Not clear if that was the date of the last patient- but if it was the final 46 patients took them18 months - or only 2.5 per month.

So at one time the Spectral enrolled 13+ patients per month. 

Most shareholders would see that as a pretty amazing difference from the almost 2 per month we've seen over 3 years with Tigris.

Seto and Kellum's version of "doing better" seems to be based on the idea that Euphrates used more sites. 

So why didn't they start Tigris with more sites! It's some pretty easy math. Spectral had their"known" average per month per site. Maybe they could have figured out that if they had only 1/3  as many sites it would take 3 times as long...

And we wonder why we're in the .20s

Can't argue with facts  Obviously there are many factors influencing the speed of enrolment. Some within their control, some not.  I didn't hear a lot of discussion about why it has taken this long to plot a new course in the face of said obstacles   This should  be factored into PSU granting process IMO

Where do you get the info that 13+ enrolled per month BSW?  Haven't seen anything about this anywhere.

One month review/follow-up. Trigon down 15% (.26 to .22) and  Spectral up 20%  (.28 to .335) !!! Horrible pair trade idea ! But don't lose hope, maybe it'll get better.  Nevertheless the key time for a full & fair review will be in 12 months and 24 months time. MM

Can't argue with loading up options at .255 and then letting the share price go. When you're right you're right. Overall I'm in trigon at 16 and out EDT at 45 last year. So far so good but maybe you're right and this will be the ultimate play for you. As for me I won't put money here. For better or worse.

Yes, it took them years, tens of millions of sharholder's investments, and absurd dillution to figure out what could have been worked out on the back of a napkin. As they knew "Actual Enrollment Rate Averages" from the EUPHRATES trial it would have been pretty simple to then adjust the number of sites and see the effect on the timeline.
