If their suggestion that they will get someone with Regulatory and Clinical trials experience is an indication of what Mr. Funk was doing there, then this is positive news. Would you like a $29.95 lube with that PMX column? I don't think so! This is the one director with no obvious talent to help EDT. Drop the dead weight and get someone useful to collect millions of shares.

After all, investors vote on the board and for all intents and purposes he CANNOT be fired unless there is a vote at the AGM or he resigns voluntarily. The way it reads is that he, a wealthy individual, with lots of shares... immediately resigned without reason or quote. That only happens when there is bad blood. They can sugar

Not only does he own 6+ million shares, he took on Kevin Giese's seat when he left. They are connected outside of Spectral and that seat clearly represent the Alberta 80 or whatever MM calls them. Here's what I will say I liked Funk, a lot.  And  wish him well - classy guy.  correction, I did coin the phrase FA80. That was O&Gguy  Clearly the beliefs of the majority of the Board are entrenched and not subject to "outside" influence.  While I would like to see some changes in the interim, the end result will be pretty much the same. That should read -  I did NOT coin the phrase Funky Alberta 80  and to further clarify, I wish they would/could have wielded a bit more power & influence.  my biggest beef ( another nod to the west) remains the " under the radar" nature of the stock and the lack of visibility to US investors.  Clearly that's a position taken by the majority of the Board
