Baxter may have a clause connected to whatever deal Spectral made that if they can’t hit 90 by the first of the year it triggers something , I’m not positive what is it but we are looking at a deadline of sorts from what I gather through the old grapevine.

Did a say what it would trigger? Could be a buy out..could b a bail out could be something else. The word need to get to 90 was never mentioned, it was we have to get to 90 before EOY. If you think deals are made in a timeless vacuum without deadlines..you got some learning to do. Good luck to you all

That is a brutal rumor/ speculation, and something no investor here really wants to consider. Especially in light of how Dialco control diappeared overnight- triggered by a deadline that had not been disclosed by management.  they are different situations, but it is naive to believe that these deals live in a vacuum with no timelines. What company would enter a deal like that? Would Toray

For Dialco go back to the BB in the fall to end of 2022 and you'll see the full discussion of Dialco.  I don't have any info that anything new has happened with Dialco since then.  If you do perhaps you can share that info.  I think all the real

I was responding to Chester. And end of 2022 for Dialco? About one year ago? This subject is considered closed? The same should apply to PMX, then. Like I said. A 1 stock basher knows more than a variety of international institutions University hospitals and globally recognized doctors. Sounds plausible.
