With each additional patient added that collectively improves the Absolute Benefit ( as evidenced by continuing references to " exceeding expectations"), and with more time to expand/ add to the Eden Study ( label expansion is the goal) - I would say that it is reasonable to assume that "the price" goes up !

It seems obvious that Baxter is not quite ready to roll out the new Vantive Agenda that quite possibly will feature PMX and the companion diagnostic EAA. Perhaps it'll even be the centerpiece of the spin-off?

Perhaps Kellum is putting optimal patient selection at the forefront while Baxter continues to prep for the formal rollout behind the scenes. The trade-off may be a few more months of delay but which may result in a price tag that is 10's (100's?) of millions higher?

I think that I read recently ... "Baxter currently expects the Kidney Care spinoff to occur by July 2024 or earlier, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions."   MM

Problem being we are only half way in doing our part in year 4. Maybe 90 by July?

Nice try gasbag I've modified my 90 to Jan ( worst case Feb) using 4-5 per month.  MM

4 - 5 per month? They have been averaging less than 2 per month. The only time I can recall them getting close to 4-5 in a month was right before they had to raise money.. oh I see what you're getting at.
