I know TheRev personally and can vouch for his success in business.  As far as I know, there is no rule that says CEOs or otherwise successful businessmen can't invest in penny stock.  if it were allowed to trade in the US ( with a modicum of promotion) I  sincerely doubt that it would be a penny stock.  MM
