Seems like even the insiders are realizing they gotta act fast in 2024 to carve their goodies in stone before the price gets away from them ( as opposed to banking on slow enrollment and taking their time )  MM

I think this stock rights grant is given for attending a quarterly BOD meeting.  Just look at the date of the transaction.  January 3rd lol.  So the BOD felt it was really urgent to hold a meeting, have all the directors available to participate, two days after the New Year holiday?  Most of these people were probably still on vacation at the beach.  Lucky for them Zoom is

Keep in mind that the BOD is privy to the real time enrollment numbers for Tigris AND the crude mortality data for Tigris.  Whether or not this factored into their decision to maybe "rush" this meeting is up to you to parse out.  I just don't see them rushing a meeting if enrollment numbers were lagging the modest projections.  Nobody is promising you anything about
