At nearly 50% market share in US hospitals I doubt Baxter has any concerns about losing PMX. None.

Just the fact that the FDA gave Euphrates a second bite at the apple, in almost a carte blanche way, based on the purity with how Eupharates was run completely blinded to the utmost, based on the solemnity of the sub-group analysis, and it's untainted rationale of logic, is amazeballs for the FDA. It reminds me of Sally Fields Oscar accetance speech.

See you can be articulate...-ish You lost me at "amazeballs" I hope that you are right that there could be other bidders, but I suspect Chester is correct. But not to worry - as the negotiations phase, I suspect, may be long since over.... however subject to the odd "tweak" or adjustment, here and there. MM

You made my point... just in a slightly different way than I might have. Send my regards to Stickboy and his mom. MM PS I developed better night vision by assembling jigsaw puzzles in the dark

I don't recall you saying you believed buy out negotiations with Baxter were long done. Are you thinking that was locked back in Feb 2020 when the Baxter and Dr Walker signed a distribution deal? Do you think there's a "tweak/ adjustment" if Spectral can't finish the trial on their own?` Looking forward to this inside insight.
