Baxter Redaction Reveal?

Now that we've reached the 90 patient threshold I assume that Spectral will reveal the deal with Baxter that's been redacted since Feb 2020 for everyone except insiders.  Can't fathom that you can keep it secret when you actually arrive at the redacted destination.  So let's see what it is and perhaps that will explain why it was redacted in the first place.

Recent share activity (price being stickhandled to around $0.60 a share) tells me that options for insiders may be issued soon.  Another reason for the Baxter reveal as it's a material piece of information only known to insiders.

I've never seen an interest in transparency from management- and don't expect to. Should Baxter have better access to data that other shareholders ...more

Should Baxter have better access to data that other shareholders cannot see "?  Would this be a question mgmt would answer?  I've always wondered if the type of trial allows Baxter access to ongoing results.  Geery   Interesting dilemma. Should Baxter have better access to data that other ...more

It is an interesting dilemma.  I suspect that's why Baxter's finance participations to date have been in the form of a convertible bond and not just straight stock issuance.  A bond is really just a loan and it provides lot's of cover in regards to slowly acquiring a part of another company.  The convertible part is a sneaky way to avoid percentage ownership reports ...more

"I'm dying to see the mortality benefit" lol.  I see what you did there. The PMX recipients are not dying to be a part of the mortality stats. And the number of spam filter recipients dying, vis-a-vis the others, is exceeding expectations. Apologies for that bit of crude data humour. I suspect we'll get some "read between the fine line" assurances - much ...more
