The imminent financing will most likely be in the $0.40s...if history repeats itself, there will be shares available IMHO.

Rewarded failure on a yearly base? No surprise Not a bad insider gig if you can land it.

I'll say it again. I'll take half of all compensation. I guarantee my results won't be better.... but they, won't be worse. Make me CEO.

You guys have to realize that most of their past stock option compensation for the executices probably expired worthless because of EDT's low stock prce over the past 3 years. I did not verify this just a hunch. Also I been talking about getting the financing done ASAP to get it out of the way for 2 months now. Maybe now that the executive compensation is settled we can get on with it.

Most of their options that are now worthless were PSUs (Perfomance Share Units) they were incentives to "perform". But, since they came nowhere near hitting the company's performance goals those options disappeared. Now they just vote to stuff their own pockets with RSUs - so they can enrich themselves without worrying about actually "performing".

That just aligns their interest more with the shareholders. If you have a few millions shares you are incentivized to see your company's share price go up. You think management doesn't want the shares to be higher?

Of course THEY WANT it too work. Not sure how hard they are trying/educated on process with the guarantee of a paycheque. If we are not at 120 enrolment by the AGM, I am interested on what the "vote of confidence" will be.
