Great price at 52 cents which is almost 20% higher than where we are trading at today.

No half warrant which I love to see.

Retail shareholders can get in below the price insiders are paying.

I agree a very good raise. It will be interesting to see if Baxter buys in... they got in under the cover of Convertable Notes in the past. Much rumored "2nd payment" anyone?
