No reverse split
I just voted online. There were only two issues to vote on :
1. election of directors
2. reappointment of auditor.

More specifically this part, "From 2017 to 2023, Mr. Franzi served as President of Baxter EMEA and as a Member of Baxter’s global Executive Leadership team, where his most recent experience included serving as the interim global lead for the spin-off of the $4.5 billion Renal Care business (“Vantive”)."

As Baxter and Spectral are in a evolving partnership, and there is a clear opportunity for a buy out... there is zero chance a Non Compete would not proclude a 2023 Baxter President from being on the Spectral BOD! Not a chance. This is Baxter's Rep. And it speaks volumes.

This sure puts the icing on the cake that MM and Rev have been talking about - and suffering many unfounded attacks for their well thought out conclusions. And it looks like some of the naysayers are now becoming converts. Guess better late than never. The only likely holdout will be Tree guy who will preach that the sky is still falling. Last chance at $0.48 is my guess.

Dang Gebremeskel! You dig deep! That's quite the salary/compensation package. This is no run of the mill executive we've added to our Board of Directors. He's got my vote as one of the shepards to lead us across the finish line.

It's just Symbiosis working in it's purest form. I'm not sure of the checks and balances that are in place, but don't worry, nobody puts Baby in the corner. I get it, You carried a watermelon, We all did, now just watch the beauty of symbiosis unfold.

With Seto ripe for being picked off , he'd make one heck of a replacement as CEO

But that is not great for EDT shareholders, having the buyer influencing decisions on the buyout stategy/price... This is heading down the Dialco direction... "Glad you're taking this out of our hands and throwing it in a new private company. We sure hope you're going to send us a % of your profits one of these days"...

Wow. These are things that certainly make you go " hmmmmmm"? I wonder why the price is drifting ever so slightly lower on low volume with all this emphasis on marketing to the investment community ? you might even call it a marketing franzi . Could we actually, finally, be in the end-game ? MM
