THIS is the find. Huge. As some of us discussed here back in Jan/ Feb - the word was 2 BOD seats would change and one would go to Baxter...  (Walker and Franzi) Baxter is really working hard to keep their involvment on the DL... Not looking at interim (not allowing the market to see interim), making the smallest 2M milestone payment, not taking the open seat on the BOD... But now that

As Baxter and Spectral are in a evolving partnership, and there is a clear opportunity for a buy out... there is zero chance a Non Compete would not proclude a 2023 Baxter President from being on the Spectral BOD!  Not a chance. This is Baxter's Rep.  And it speaks volumes.

This sure puts the icing on the cake that MM and Rev have been talking about - and suffering many unfounded attacks for their well thought out conclusions.  And it looks like some of the naysayers are now becoming converts.  Guess better late than never.  The only likely holdout will be Tree guy who will preach that the sky is still falling.  Last chance at $0.48 is my guess.

Here is more information about Mr. Franzi. In 2023 Cristiano Franzi was one of only 8 Named Executive Officers at Baxter (Christopher Toth was another one of the 8 as of June 2023). Mr. Franzi was Baxter's Senior Vice President and President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa from 2017 to July 2023 and was the interim leader of the new Kidney Care segment prior to Mr. Toth

Dang Gebremeskel!  You dig deep!  That's quite the salary/compensation package.  This is no run of the mill executive we've added to our Board of Directors.  He's got my vote as one of the shepards to lead us across the finish line.

So Franzi is not even a year into a 2 year Non Compete. But the story is he's joined the BOD of a company Baxter had negotiations with- just a couple months back? The real question is why would Baxter and Spectral not just disclose that Baxter has taken a seat on the BOD? Baxter has invested millions into the Tigris trial and invested millions in "Convertible Notes", Baxter having

Wow. These are things that certainly make you go " hmmmmmm"?  I wonder why the price is drifting ever so slightly lower on low  volume with all this emphasis on marketing to the investment community ?  you might even call it a marketing franzi . Could we actually, finally, be in the end-game ? MM
